Lostpedia Wins The Hugo Cup

Lostpedia has been voted top Lost site for 2007 by the renowned Jay and Jack Lost Podcast. Along with Lost site royalty including Lost-media, TheTailSection and DarkUFO, fans voted for their favorites before a selected panel decided upon the final winner from a shortlist.

As Jay and Jack have said, all five nominees were worthy winners, so hats off to them too for being such great resources to quite literally millions of Lost fans worldwide.

Hopefully we'll get some snaps of the coveted Hugo Cup trophy on here soon!

    Good work to all involved:
    Lostpedia has been transformed: it is dramatically changed in form, scope, and temperament from one short year ago.

    It's fitting that this tremendous growth has been recognized.

    Okay, I LOVE Lostpedia, don't get me wrong, but I'm a bit suprised that it won, honestly. Clearly, the layout, the design, the content are fantastic, but it seems to me that the FAR majority of 'scoop' information is culled from OTHER sites.

    Why do all of the other sites get the majority of the breaking Lost information? What gives?

    Because the other sites trade on spoilers for fans, we trade on tracking the facts and information. The award is for best Lost site, not for best Lost gossip.
