We have just gotten word about the Season 3 box set DVDs. For all of you who constantly complain about the fourth season of our favorite show not being broadcast until February 2008, we'll have to wait just for six months until this bad boy of DVDs comes out. They have set the current release date for "Lost - The Unexplored Third Season" for December 11th. Of course, this doesn't exactly mean that it will come out on December 11th, given last year's Season 2 DVD date switch-around. Anyway, it looks like it's going to be a boring hiatus, in my opinion. Really, the only thing that we have to look forward to now is the release of the (supposed) video game.

Can someone please explain something to me. Jacks father died in Australia, that is why Jack is even on the flight. So how then, in the "fast forward" did Jack tell the Chief of Surgery to go find his dad and if Jack was drunker than his dad was, he would quit. Am I the only one that caught this?
ReplyDeleteI noticed it too, but that other Dr. introduced himself as the new Chief of Surgery...which was Christian Shepherd's old job.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing that I can think of was that Jack was so drunk and stoned that he had lost track of reality.
Who wouldn't after 90 something days on an island and dealing with what he dealt with?
lol. Yeah, everyone else missed that. Maybe you should read lostpedia.com's episode recaps.
ReplyDelete"how then", you ask? I think you meant "why then" and if you were actually watching the show, you may attribute it to his drunken and high state or maybe theorize that the timeline has been altered.
Sarcastic enough for ya?
No, I caught that too! I can't figure that one out either...
ReplyDeleteI noticed it too, but if you pay attention to Jack's reaction afterward you can see he realized what he said and that is why he turned around and stormed out.
ReplyDeleteok BACK TO THE THIRD SEASON OF LOST. If you have a video iPod you can download the whole show strait off of itunes. THen all you need is an ipod TV converter (unless you wanna watch it on the tiny screen) Its a good way for ipod owners to get fix of lost in the haitus.
ReplyDeleteJack said something like: "Talk to my fahter upstairs..."
ReplyDeleteupstairs= Heaven.
Lost Season 3 will be released in Sweden October 3.
According to amazon.co.uk its out in October in the UK too.
ReplyDeleteSomething is wrong here . . .
ReplyDeleteSeems like a really long time . . .
They are up to something . I can feel it in my bones .They will not leave us alone for eight months . Have your eyes and ears open for any clues . . .Something is stirring in the distance . . .
Wouldn't you agree ?

Gee, ChristosV, I really, really hope so! Last year's TLE was so much fun, and I was devastated when I heard that TPTB weren't planning another one.
There´s got to be some kind of inbetween teaser or something!
ReplyDeleteProbably another Lost Moments type thing, but since they've not started writing season 4 yet (I dont think they are until fall) maybe we'll get bits of script instead of filmed stuff? Or, like someome mentioned before, the video game.
ReplyDeleteI'm not that worried about the DVD release date; I have everything TiVo'ed.
