I've picked up a few shows here and there thanks to Lost but most are already cancelled. I'll probably give V a chance because I liked the original but I think I'd rather ride my bike and catch up on comics than settle for bad TV. It doesn't look to be anywhere near on a par with &lt;I&gt;Lost&lt;/I&gt;, or with the original miniseries, but it looks like it may be fun.  It reminded me more of &lt;I&gt;The 4400&lt;/I&gt; than anything else, maybe because Joel Gretsch is in it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They also have a clip of &lt;I&gt;Flash Forward&lt;/I&gt;.  Looks awful, which is disappointing because the premise sounds cool. The season finale was so awful, I can't even begin to describe - Various character going around explaining things to each other with no action. They even had one fight scene where they closed a door right before it started so the audience didn't see it. I don't know who your source is, but Heroes is a pathetic, awful show (notice the re-use of adjectives). Don't even start about how Time Kring, the creator, admitted he had no idea where the show was going after the first season, said he'd rather write a show that just "reset" each week, and called all the fans of the show who watch it each week "saps and dipshits." It would be an interesting article on the wiki to look at them, shared cast/crew, how they did, and how long they lasted.  The four that always come to my mind are the three that appeared (and were canceled) during Lost's second season: Invasion, Surface, and Threshold; and of course Heroes, which seems to be recovering well after the WGA strike and some accusations of jumping the shark.
