Looking at the frame, it truly is my favorite so far - a beautiful design by Eric Tan that focuses on Jack. The color is great too, and the likenesses are brilliant. It's the first one for me where I can imagine having it on my wall... and I'm very tempted to get it. Hmm.
So maybe I'm biased, but I think this one will sell out fast! It goes on sale around midday PST. Be ready peeps!

Update 2 - Frame 4 sold out in just over an hour after release - looks like my prediction was quite right - definitely the most popular poster so far.
I agree Nick. Out of all the frames so far, this is the only one I could see on my wall. I think I will try to get it, hopefully it won't be sold out before I get home from work! What time is noon PST in the UK?

ReplyDeleteShould be about 8pm. I'm sure a bit weird about a poster for $50 (so for UK about £30). I mean it is great and I guess limited edition, but I've only ever paid that kind of price for signed posters.

A Jack-centric poster... I like it! Especially the way the most important people in his life are placed is intriguing!
ReplyDeleteJust tried to buy it, I need a credit card not a debit card! Grr! I'll have to see if anyone I know has a card I can use. Also if you're buying in the UK, beware that there is a $32 postage charge on it. That brings it to $82 or about £50 if you like (stupid exchange rate). So if £50 is too much for a poster, you're out of luck.

ReplyDeleteAs much as I love Lost - and I'm just two episodes shy of watching each episode three times in the past two years - I haven't purchased any Lost merchandise. But if there's a Mr. Eko poster with a cross or something Christian like that, I may loosen the purse strings.
Got them all until this one; it sold out too fast...

I don't know if this means anything, but in this poster Sawyer has one scar, Locke has two and Jack has three scars. They are the only things in the poster that are the same color as the Dharma logo.

ReplyDeleteIt's EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) not EST (Eastern Standard Time). EST doesn't go back into effect until November 1, 2009.
